SHIPPING: Please note there is a 3-5 business day processing time on top of the estimated Canada Post delivery standards. You will be able to select available options at checkout.

Tracking is only standard within Canada. It can be chosen as an upgrade for International orders at checkout. 

Please note: Black and the Moon is no longer giving refunds or replacements on International items that do not have tracking purchased.

Black and the Moon is not responsible for any duties/taxes/import fees to your country. 

Canada:

Regular Parcel 3 to 13 business days (more remote  = longer example: Nunavut).

Expedited Parcel 1 to 13 business days (more remote = longer).

Xpresspost 2 to 7 business days (more remote = longer).

Priority 1 to 7 business days (more remote = longer).

 

USA: Please note these are the average shipping times. International orders can take up to 12 weeks during Covid & USPS issues.

Small Packet – Air USA 9 to 14 business days - Does not include tracking. 

Tracked Packet – USA 9 to 14 business days - includes tracking 

Expedited Parcel – USA 2 to 4 business days - includes tracking 

Xpresspost – USA 2 to 3 business days - includes tracking 

Priority Worldwide 1 to 2 business days - includes tracking  

 

International (outside USA): Please note these are the average shipping times. International orders can take up to 12 weeks during Covid.

International Parcel - Air 9 to 14 business days - does not include tracking

RETURNS: I do not accept returns.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
