When will my order ship? The turnaround time for orders is 1-3 business days unless the item is a pre-order.

How do I cancel my order? Cancellations requests must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. Pre-orders, items marked clearance or final sale, and customized items are not eligible for cancellation.

Where can I find a list of flowers used in the Antique Anatomy Tarot? I designed the Antique Anatomy Tarot deck with colour in mind only. Some of the plants are combinations of multiple types and do not exist in the real world.

My Antique Anatomy Tarot came without a guidebook and only a QR code and now it won't download, can you send me a copy? Unfortunately it sounds like you purchased a bootleg copy of the deck. The only authorized copies contain a large box with a large printed, full colour book. If your deck came in a tin with a LWB, please note that is also a bootleg copy. Where can I buy the Oracle of Oddities trio? This series of decks is currently only available at the shops Phoenix & Lotus and Everyday Magic.

Why are your prices higher on Etsy, and can you refund me the difference? Unfortunately as a marketplace Etsy charges sales tax on all orders regardless of location. Here I charge only Canadian customers a sales tax. Etsy also charges sellers higher fees, as well as forces us to pay for ads which must be factored into the cost of the item. Etsy has been wonderful for helping spread the word about BATM, but we will soon be parting ways with them.

Do you offer wholesale? I am not currently accepting wholesale on indie products. If you'd like to carry Antique Anatomy Tarot, Arcana of Astrology, The Book of Seances and The Book of Ancestors, please contact the wholesale department of the Hachette Book Group.

Can I get a tattoo of your work? Yes of course, but you can not offer them for sale at tattoo shops or part of a digital download sheet for tattoos.

When will this item be back in stock? I print in small batches so to ensure you get a deck I strongly recommend purchasing during a preorder.
