🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Update: June 30

Due to new U.S. import requirements affecting playing cards, tarot decks, oracle decks, and similar products, some U.S. orders may experience longer processing and shipping times than usual. We're working closely with our broker and courier as new guidance becomes available and appreciate your patience while these industry-wide changes are implemented.

• How do I cancel my order? Cancellations requests must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. Pre-orders, items marked clearance or final sale, and customized items are not eligible for cancellation.
• Does my order have tracking? Please visit the shipping page here.
• My item arrived damaged, what should I do? Please email blackandthemoon@gmail.com with your name, order number, receipt slip and photos of the damage.
• Where can I find a list of flowers used in the Antique Anatomy Tarot? I designed the Antique Anatomy Tarot deck with colour in mind only. Some of the plants are combinations of multiple types and do not exist in the real world.
• My Antique Anatomy Tarot came in a tuck-box without a guidebook can you send me a copy of the book? Unfortunately it sounds like you purchased a bootleg copy of the deck. The only authorized copies contain a large box with a large printed, full colour book. If your deck came in a tin with a LWB, please note that is also a bootleg copy. You can report any bootlegs to blackandthemoon@gmail.com
• Why are your prices higher on Etsy, and can you refund me the difference? Unfortunately due to the exorbitant fees on Etsy, I do have to charge slightly higher over there.
• Do you offer wholesale? Yes! Please email blackandthemoon@gmail.com 
• Will you be a guest on my podcast, youtube channel, show, magazine, etc? Yes I'd love to! Please email blackandthemoon@gmail.com with the subject line "press."
• How do I sign up for Patreon? My patreon can be viewed here.
• Can I get a tattoo of your work? Yes of course, but you cannot offer them for sale at tattoo shops or part of a digital download sheet for tattoos.
• When will this item be back in stock? I print in small batches so to ensure you get a deck I strongly recommend purchasing during a preorder period.
