SHIPPING
Orders ship once per week via Canada Post or ChitChats. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing in addition to shipping time.

Once a shipping label has been created, orders are final and cannot be modified.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs. Any major delays will be posted on the homepage.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited or express options.

DELIVERY TIMES
Canada: up to 3 weeks
United States: up to 8 weeks
International: up to 12 weeks

U.S. orders are transferred from ChitChats to USPS after customs clearance. Tracking may not update during this handoff—this is normal.

Some international shipments may be routed through the Netherlands, which can extend delivery time.

Please allow the full delivery window before reaching out about delays.

CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These are not included at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes are not possible after a shipping label has been created.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

PREORDERS
Orders containing preorder items ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Preorders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

TRACKING & DELIVERY
Tracking is included where available. If tracking is not offered at checkout, it is not available for that shipment.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delivered packages, or for carrier delays or damage.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can file a claim.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

RETURNS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days and received within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds apply to the product cost only and are issued once the item is returned in its original condition.
