Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Shipping Notice – Canada Post Strike

Any free shipping offer covers the basic standard shipping option for your region. This offer does not apply to expedited or express shipments.

Orders are shipped with Canada Post unless otherwise stated. We have a 1–3 day processing time on top of Canada Post’s shipping guidelines. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any updates or extended delays will be posted at the top of the home page.

Preorders & In-Stock Items
Any in-stock items purchased alongside a preorder item will ship together. If you'd like your in-stock item shipped sooner, please purchase it separately.

Tracking & Lost Mail
Tracking is standard for all deck, print, and ritual items unless Canada Post does not offer it for your country. If tracking isn’t shown at checkout, it’s not available. Orders placed without tracking are not eligible for refunds if lost. Single cards and “small packet air” do not include tracking.

We are not responsible for damages caused by Canada Post, USPS, or other national carriers. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number is your primary source of information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items marked as “delivered.”

Address Issues & Returns
Addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. If your address changes during a preorder window, please email us at blackandthemoon@gmail.com.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs charges, or failure to pick it up from the post office, we will issue a product refund only—shipping costs (original or return) will not be refunded. If you'd like the item resent, a new shipping fee will apply.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by weight. Orders cannot be bundled for a flat rate.

No refunds or cancellations on preorders. No exceptions.

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.

Returns are accepted under certain conditions.

Items must be in their original shrink wrap and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Items returned due to "change of heart" will not have any shipping costs reimbursed.


Returns are at the purchaser's expense.

The item 
must arrive back to us in its original condition before your purchase 
will be refunded.

You will only receive a refund for the product cost. 
Shipping will not be reimbursed.
