SHIPPING FAQ:
Please note there is a 1-3 business day processing time on top of the estimated Canada Post delivery standards. You will be able to select available options at checkout.
Tracking is only standard within Canada. It can be chosen as an upgrade for International orders at checkout.
Black and the Moon is not responsible for any duties/taxes/import fees to your country.
Canada:
Regular Parcel 3 to 13 business days (more remote = longer example: Nunavut).
Expedited Parcel 1 to 13 business days (more remote = longer).
Xpresspost 2 to 7 business days (more remote = longer).
Priority 1 to 7 business days (more remote = longer).
USA: Please note these are the average shipping times. International orders can take up to 6 weeks for airmail.
Small Packet – Air USA 5 to 8 business days
